The Epic Wedge!!!

So it's been awhile since I have been on the old laptop, but when I visit a place and both Lacey and I turn to each other at exactly the same time and say "Maybe I should write about this", this is the next logical step.

So what is this place that got the creative juices flowing again.... It is an amazing little sandwich shop with big taste and an incredible menu tucked away between a tattoo shop and a clothing store in the North End on Main Street.  If you haven't been there yet, let me introduce you to...

Now I can say that I have built some pretty amazing sandwiches in my day, but nothing like some of the amazing treats you pull off of their menu.

Sandwiches with great names like " The Toni Montanna", "The North Ender", "The Elvis PB&J" and this beauty...
The Knuckle Sandwich
This incredible wedge is filled with Sliced swiss, red onions, roast beef, corned beef, smoked beef, sauerkraut, million islands sauce and house mustard, all served on grilled marble rye

or Original creations like this..

This is the "La Homer"... Turkey, bacon, sliced swiss, million island sauce, all served grilled on a.. wait for it.. glazed donut, sandwich style.

Combine these amazing creations with great sides like their epic red slaw and epic pasta salad, or their ever changing soup selections ( today's special happened to be cream of pierogi.. yumm), and then wash them down with one of their fresh smoothies or a bottle of Jones cola and your delicious meal is complete.

So do yourself a favor, head down and visit this amazing place. There is a small dine in counter, but if you want to pick your favorite off the menu and give them a quick call at 204-691-7707, they will have it ready to go when you get there.
